Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Certified Payroll Wizard
Compliance
An owner or authorized officer of your firm, on paper, after review. The signature line is rendered blank by design — certifying a payroll is a legal act that belongs to a person, not to software.
How it works
No — deliberately. Every hour and dollar figure prints exactly as you entered it, and only visible column totals are summed. Your payroll numbers are yours; our job is putting them into the correct format with the correct federal language.
Yes — you receive an editable DOCX alongside the submission-ready PDF, so last-minute corrections or GC-requested tweaks are easy.
Pricing
$5 per weekly report, one-time, covering both documents in DOCX and PDF with free regenerations while you proof it. No subscription required.
The forms
The documents contain every information element of federal Form WH-347 in an equivalent layout, which Department of Labor regulations expressly permit (29 CFR 3.3–3.4 require the information weekly, not the specific form). The official blank PDF is also available on our site for free.
Not yet. We cover the federal WH-347 information set. State systems (like California's DIR eCPR) have their own portals and formats — tell us which state you need and we'll prioritize.
