Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-27 · Certified Payroll Wizard is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. These terms incorporate the Archieboy Master Terms.

1. What the service is — and is not

Certified Payroll Wizard is document-preparation software. It formats the payroll information you supply into a certified-payroll report and Statement of Compliance containing the information elements of federal Form WH-347. It is not a payroll service, accounting service, or law firm, and nothing it produces is legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of every figure you enter, for verifying classifications and rates against your contract's wage determination, and for review and signature by your authorized officer before any submission. Figures are rendered exactly as entered; the service performs no wage calculations.

2. Payment, regeneration, refunds

Each weekly report is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. After payment you may regenerate the same week's documents while you proof them, within reasonable fair-use limits. If a generated document contains a defect we cannot correct through regeneration, we will refund the purchase in full — write to the support address below within 14 days.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to enter only information you are entitled to process, and never to use the service to prepare documents you know to be false. Certifying a payroll is your officer's legal act; the criminal penalties cited on the federal form apply to the signer, and the service renders signature lines blank by design.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings' aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your account email; the payroll details you enter (worker names, last-four identifying digits, classifications, hours, and pay figures — never enter full Social Security numbers; the intake asks only for the last four); and standard technical logs. Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers.

2. Retention

Generated documents and intake data are retained for 90 days after delivery so you can re-download and regenerate, then purged automatically. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting.

We do not sell or share your payroll data. It is used solely to generate your documents. Infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, email delivery) process data only as needed to operate the service.
